Alongside Louisville, Oklahoma City, and Memphis, San Antonio stands out as a place where you can still find value in the rental market. St. Louis, Birmingham, Buffalo, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh are also in this group, all with rents hovering near that $1,500 mark.
